Registration Instructions
- Your club administrator must first create or activate your player profile.
- Go to the sign-in page and choose Create / Forgot Password.
- Enter the email tied to your player profile.
- Follow the reset email to create your password.
- Return to sign in and access the site that fits your device.
If the reset email does not arrive, contact the system admin so your profile and email can be verified.

- SWAT activity records such as registrations, team assignments, scoring, results, standings, history, and account statement data.
- System activity needed to operate and secure the site, including sign-in attempts, session activity, device or browser details, and support/contact submissions.
How Data Is Used
- To create and manage player access, authenticate users, and support password setup or password reset flows.
- To run SWAT events, registrations, scoring, reporting, statements, and player-facing history or results pages.
- To administer the club system, investigate issues, improve reliability, and satisfy operational or provider requirements such as AWS messaging enrollment.
Communications
- The system may send operational communications by email or SMS, including access/setup messages, event notices, results, statements, and other club-related updates.
- SMS communications are used for informational and operational club purposes rather than unrelated third-party marketing.
- Contact information is used only for legitimate club and system administration purposes tied to SWAT participation and support.
- Users can opt out of SMS communications from the mobile User Settings page by turning off Receive SMS communications.
- When you submit the contact form, your message and contact details are sent to the system administrator so your request can be reviewed and answered.
Sharing and Access
- Information is intended for club administration, authorized committee or admin users, and the individual player as needed to operate the SWAT program.
- The system may rely on service providers that process hosting, email, SMS, or infrastructure functions on the club's behalf.
- SMS consent is not sold to or shared with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
- We do not present this page as a consumer marketing service; data use is limited to club operations, support, security, and required messaging workflows.
Security and Retention
- Reasonable administrative and technical controls are used to protect account and communication data, but no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
- Records may be retained as long as needed for club operations, reporting, historical reference, account reconciliation, audit trails, or support and security review.

- You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use the system to transmit false, harmful, or misleading information.
- Admin and committee features are restricted to users who have been granted those permissions by the club.
Information Accuracy
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact information needed for account access and club communications.
- You should review your phone number, email, and communication preferences periodically and update them when they change.
Communications and Notifications
- The system may send operational notices by email or SMS related to registration, results, team assignments, statements, account access, and similar SWAT activities.
- SMS participation is optional and can be turned off from the mobile User Settings page.
- By providing a mobile number and enabling SMS, you agree to receive recurring informational club messages from OCC SWAT operated by ForumX LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Message delivery depends on third-party providers and mobile carriers, so uninterrupted or error-free delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Availability and Changes
- The system may be updated, restricted, or taken offline temporarily for maintenance, improvements, or operational needs.
- Features, workflows, and communications practices may change over time as club requirements and provider policies evolve.
Limitation of Reliance
- The system is intended to support club administration and player access, but users remain responsible for confirming important event details or account questions with club administrators when necessary.
- The club does not guarantee uninterrupted access, absolute data accuracy in all circumstances, or immediate delivery of all notifications.
